Cowes Harbour Commission has approved a major redevelopment of the existing “Sugar Store” on the north side of Shepards Wharf Marina. It is intended that this will complement the existing facilities at Shepards Wharf providing new workshop units and office space for local businesses as well as a new bar/restaurant.

The plans are now ready to be submitted to the Isle of Wight Council for formal planning permission. Prospective companies or individuals interested in looking at future business accommodation in this fantastic location can contact the Harbour Master directly to discuss their requirements.
