Online fee payment now live at Trinity Landing

From today the simple online system used to make payment for short-stay mooring fees is now live. The system, which has seen some developments to further streamline the process for users is now live for moorings on Trinity Landing as well as Toqn Quay as previously announced.

After listening to feedback from users during the initial period when the system was first launched some amendments have been made to make registering and using the facility easier and more straightforward for users.

Similar to systems used in car parks across the country, Cowes Harbour is confident that implementing the system will give users confidence that their payment of mooring fees has been made correctly without the need for phone calls or in-person visits to the Harbour Office.

Patrol officers will remain on hand and available to assist or offer advice.
