Cowes Harbour Commission is carrying out a mid-term review of CHC’s current 5 year Strategic Plan and we would like to hear from you. 

The Board of Commissioners’ focus for the review is to give consideration to increasing investment into harbour services and facilities for sustainable employment and the long-term prosperity of the harbour for stakeholders.

From opportunities for commercial shipping and marine employment through to the changing leisure market and customer demands within the leisure sector, eventing and sponsorship; let us know what you think should be considered in this review.

No idea is too big, small or crazy at this stage as we do not want to constrain the review process so welcome all ideas from small projects to blue sky thinking.

Ideas already included range from the provision of water and electricity on river pontoons through to floating holiday pods and creating a “small beach” inside the Cowes Breakwater.
