Festive opening and operation times for Cowes Harbour Commission, Shepards Marina and Cowes Harbour Services are shown below.

Harbour Office: Cowes Harbour Office will close for the Christmas break at 1700 on Thursday, 24th December 2020 and re-open at 0900 on Monday, 4th January 2021.

Emergency: The Duty Harbour Master can always be contacted out-of-hours in an emergency by calling Solent Coastguard on 02392 552100 or VHF Channel 16/67.

Harbour Patrols: Daily river patrols will be carried out over Christmas and the New Year and our Berthing Masters will check all vessels, moorings and navigation marks in the harbour.

Shepards Marina:
From Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day inclusive, CHC staff will be either in the Shepards Marina reception or out on the water during the following times:

Christmas Eve: 0800 – 1800
Christmas Day: 1000 – 1200
Boxing Day: 1000 – 1400
27th – 31st December 2020: 1000 – 1400
New Year’s Day: 1000 – 1200
2nd and 3rd January: 0800 – 1800
4th January 2021: 0800 – 1800 (normal office hours)

Cowes Harbour Services: The Cowes Harbour Services Boatyard reception will close at 1700 on Thursday, 24th December 2020 and re-open on Monday, 4th January 2021 from 0900-1700 (normal office hours).

Fuel Berth: The Cowes Harbour Services Fuel Berth will remain open for business but with reduced hours as shown on the CHC website.

Water taxis: Operation times for the water taxi have been amended for the Christmas and New Year period and can be viewed on the CHC website.
