The Harbour Office will close for the Christmas break at 1200 on Friday, 22nd December 2017 and re-open at 0900 on Tuesday, 2nd January 2018.

Over the Christmas break, phone calls will be redirected to CHC staff at Shepards Wharf Marina who can be contacted directly on 01983 297821 for visitor bookings, general enquiries, and payment of annual mooring licences. 

Shepards Wharf Marina office will be manned all day as usual on Christmas Eve and from 2nd January 2018 onwards. From Christmas Day to New Year’s Day inclusive, CHC staff will be at the Shepards office or out on the water, as shown below:
Christmas Eve: 0800 – 1800  
Christmas Day: 1000 – 1200
Boxing Day: 1000 – 1200 
27th – 31st Dec 2017: 1100 – 1400
New Year’s Day: 1000 – 1200
2nd January 2018: 0800 – 1800 

The Duty Harbour Master can always be contacted out-of-hours in an emergency by calling Solent Coastguard on 02392 552100 or VHF Channel 16/67.

Daily river patrols will be carried out over Christmas and the New Year and our Berthing Masters will check all vessels, moorings and navigation marks in the harbour.  

Kingston Marine Services and Boatyard will be closed from 1530 on Friday, 22nd December 2017 until 0900 on Tuesday, 2nd January 2018. 

Our fuel berth will remain open for business but with reduced hours as shown on the Cowes Harbour Fuels website.

Operation times for Cowes Harbour Taxi have been amended for Christmas and the New Year and can be viewed in the “Water Taxis” section of our website.
