An industrial unit at CHC’s Kingston Marine Services in East Cowes has just become available for let as the current occupant, Couzens Marine Engineering, will be moving to a larger unit on the Kingston Wharf site. 

Kingston Wharf is home to a wide range of local businesses, a number of which serve the clients in Kingston Marine Boatyard. The units benefit from being located in the heart of a thriving boatyard, with access to the River Medina, and close to Red Funnel’s East Cowes ferry terminal. 

Unit 6 is now available for a new tenant and would be ideal for a small business – with marine use preferred as Kingston looks to build on the current offer to customers on site.
