We would like to remind harbour users that Cowes Harbour Commission’s public presentation and review of the Cowes Outer Harbour Project takes places this Thursday, 19th May at 1900 at the Island Sailing Club. 

Presentation and Review Agenda 
• A summary of the Outer Harbour Project (OHP) will be delivered, as well as an explanation of the project’s context within the wider East Cowes regeneration programme. 

• The OHP has undergone a process of continuous assessment during the course and evolution of the project; this is ongoing. A summary of the results and findings from the July 2015 to May 2016 research works and review will be presented. 

• The latest OHP design change optimisation and mitigation proposals will be presented and discussed. 

• Information will be given regarding the proposed one-month consultation process between Cowes Harbour Commission, the Harbour Advisory Committee and harbour users.

• Following the presentation there will be an opportunity to pose questions to CHC and hydrodynamic consultants ABPmer.

We look forward to seeing you at the Cowes OHP public meeting, but if you are not able to attend, a summary of the presentation and further information on the consultation process will be uploaded to the CHC website.
