LNTM - 06/12/24

Notice is hereby given that seabed surveys will be carried out in the Main Harbour from 9 Dec until 11 Dec 2024.

The 8m survey vessel ‘Coastal Surveyor’ (MMSI 235079851) will be operating in the area from 9 to 11 Dec and could be on the water from 0600hrs until 1800hrs. The outline plan will be for the vessel to survey in the Main Harbour, in the southern swinging moorings area between the Eastern Channel and East Cowes seafront, but this will be weather and tide dependant.

All vessels are required to keep well clear of the ‘Coastal Surveyor’, as she will be restricted in her ability to manoeuvre whilst surveying. All mariners are requested to keep a good lookout and pass at slow speed. The vessel will be monitoring VHF Ch 69 for concerned traffic.
