Local Notice to Mariners No. 50(T) of 2024

Cowes Chain Ferry – Out of Service

Notice is hereby given that the Cowes Chain Ferry will be out of service to undergo repair operations on Wednesday 20 November 2024.

The Cowes Chain Ferry will be taken out of service at 0900 and will return to service at 1800. During this time, the Chain Ferry will be moored on the East Bank.

All mariners are advised to navigate in the area with caution, and to avoid creating wash in the vicinity of the Cowes Chain Ferry.

This local notice to mariners will self-cancel at 2359 on 20 November 2024.
