Notice is hereby given that the Cowes Chain Ferry will be out of service to undergo maintenance operations between Monday 24 March and Thursday 3 April 2025.

The Cowes Chain Ferry will be taken out of service on Monday 24 March and will return to service at 0500hrs on Friday 4 April. During this time, the Chain Ferry will be predominantly moored on the West Slipway but may transit to the East Slipway occasionally.

All mariners are advised to navigate in the area with caution, and to avoid creating wash in the vicinity of the Cowes Chain Ferry.

This local notice to mariners will self-cancel at 2359 on Friday 4 April 2025.
